Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the PoshMe! Chrome Extension and poshme.app website (the "Service") operated by PoshMe ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Description of Service

PoshMe! provides automation tools designed to assist sellers on the Poshmark platform. Our Service includes, but is not limited to, automated sharing, offering to likers, and relisting stale inventory.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We require you to use "strong" passwords with your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

3. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

3.1 No Affiliation: PoshMe! is completely independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Poshmark, Inc. in any way.

3.2 Use at Your Own Risk: You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

3.3 No Liability for Loss of Sales or Account Action: We implement randomized delays to mimic natural browsing patterns and provide rate-limiting protection. However, third-party platforms enforce their own rules and may update their algorithms, automated detection, or Terms of Service at any time. PoshMe! does not warrant or guarantee third-party platform compliance. Under no circumstances shall PoshMe! be liable for any temporary or permanent account restrictions, "share jail" blocks, suspensions, loss of sales, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Billing: The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).

4.2 Free Trial: We may offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time. You may be required to enter your billing information to sign up for the Free Trial, but you will not be charged until the Free Trial has expired.

4.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your PoshMe! dashboard. You will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PoshMe! and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
